Selective means that as many people as they want to can apply, and the litter host can choose which bio they think is the best. In FCFS (first come first serve), the first person to apply for that kit wins them. ~ You may only make a selective litter if the litter is biological/adopted, and will be parented by a cat/pair of cats that are not NPC’s in a roleplay. ~ When making a litter, it must include the kits names, AGABs (assigned gender at birth), any disabilities/disorders they are born with (please state that research will be required for these kits!), the designer(s) names, which you must credit, and a picture of their design. You may NOT include personalities. ~ Either myself, or Raven will check your litter, and make sure it follows the necessary requirements. Nobody else can do this, and you can’t accept applications before the litter’s been checked. ~ If the litter is FCFS, and someone breaks a rule, then you may reject them. This includes: not doing proper research, attempting to change any things about the kits that have already been decided. - Tell me when your litter is closed!
