King (0/1) Reserved The ruler of the Sirens with the highest rank of all, often referred to as “Your Grace” or “Your Majesty”, though is sometimes called simply “Sire”. King Consort (0/1) The husband of the king, though is not truly reigning. Is referred to just as the King is, and commands the same respect. Prince/Princess (0/5) The children of the reigning monarchs, the oldest heir is the Crown Prince/Princess. They are referred to as “Your Highness”, and are never called the same title(s) as the King/King Consort. Prince/Princess consort (0/5) The spouses of the heirs, usually are referred to as the same title as their spouse. They do not hold much, if any, power unless crowned. Lord/Lady of the court (0/15) These are the adults of the noble families, often holding positions in court. Referred to as “Lord” or “Lady”, and hold little to no power. Noble child (0/15) The children of noble families, who are raised to follow in their parents’ footsteps to hold a place in court, and use no title until they come of age. Lord/Lady/Ruler of one of the rings (0/9) These people rule one of the nine rings, and hold power only in their own ring and will likely have a place in court. Are often referred to as “Lord” or “Lady”, though sometimes are called “Sire” or “Madam”, or simply “Your Highness” if no other title fits them. Punisher of human souls (0/10) These people are the ones who punish the human souls who are sent down to the Underworld. Punishments given out may vary, but this occupation is not for the faint of heart. These people hold no true title. Entertainer (0/10) These are the people who entertain the royal family and members of court. This job could be presented as dancing, singing, telling jokes, and more. These people often hold no title. Fortune Teller (0/6) These distinguished people are able to tell both your future and past for the many Sirens who have forgotten their human lives. However, there is a hefty price to pay for this knowledge. It may be your talent, emotion, memory (or memories), life force-some kind of unique sacrifice to pay. The people who go to them usually refer to them as “Sir” or “Madame”. Resident of one of the rings (0/∞) These are the common people, the ones with normal jobs who help keep the economy alive and running. These people hold no titles except the traditional “Miss”, “Mrs.”, “Mister”, “Mr,” and “Mx.”. Servant (0/∞) These are the people who serve noble families and the royal family in the palace. They are lowly ranked, and do not hold any title except for the occasional “Miss”, “Mr.”, or “Mx.” Thief (0/10) Thieves are usually people of the lower class, who steal for food and just as their livelihood. They do not usually hold any other job, and have no title besides the ones of common people. Outcast (0/10) These are the others who are not to mingle with society. They may live at the bottom of certain rings, but do not bother or join society except when absolutely necessary. These outcast do not hold any sort of title.
