ㅤ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ ✩ 15 study tips !! tip 1 keep up with basic info: i recently found this out like during summer break so i'm going to do this for the upcoming semester but i'm going to (if i feel like it) make a document all based on some basic and frequent terms/words/info and review them frequently because after my summer break, i entered the year not remembering basic terms and life would've been so much easier if i knew about this b4 hand tip 2 make a study playlist: this depends on if music is suitable for u while studying but a tip is that instrumentals help you focus and softer music doesn't disturb as much as lyrics tip 3 minimize distractions: quiet spaces & turn off distractions tip 4 breaks: this helps with your mental wellbeing. for example, outside / fresh air,stretch,etc tip 5 motivation: so we can all agree on this, studying is not motivational AT ALL ( ≧Д≦) so i personally really like watching those videos of people studying , etc. also i heard a tactic through yt. so basically u can reward yourself after a certain amount of time of studying. for example: w/snacks tip 6 test strategies: for a BIG exam i tried searching up test strategies and ngl but they were helpful but since i have a small brain, i forgot all of them but it could've been helpful and now i regret it (。•́︿•̀。) tip 7 take less notes / reword: during class, you can minimise how much you have to write by rewording what the teacher said or showed. so for example, i would write the key words / key points to get a idea of the topic and also write down the important details and also PLEASE PLEASE, don't write down what you already know, it's just a waste of time (coming from personal experience) tip 8 do the work the day its given or as quick as possible: i 100% regret not doing this because i am one heck of a procrastinator. i was wasting time on yt and distractions tip 9 have a comfortable space: now not saying go on the bed so you can study and then fall asleep but DON'T feel uncomfortable because you wont feel like studying plus it may affect your grades in a way. but if u won't fall asleep on the bed and prefer studying on ur bed, then it's really your choice, the main objective is to pass and do good so whatever works best 4 u tip 10 sleep well: this will have a HUGE affect on your health and studies so definitely make sure you are sleeping the required hours tip 11 have reminders: if you are a person who tends to forget, then maybe have a post-it note or something to help you remember tip 12 have a light snack w/ u in case ur hungry or eat b4 studying if you want to avoid eating while studying if that's what you want / prefer tip 13 organise things by using highlighters tip 14 drink water tip 15 have some fun bc studies will drain u so after resting, have fun bc u deserve it </3
