I actually really like to code for this. The star, sun, moon and eclipse was just due to the space on the character’s design, there’s no other reason. I didn’t make a lot of art for this, mainly because I’m motivation drained from making this in two days. The art at the end is more like a ref sheet than anything else. I ended up messing up on it and not realizing until I finished, I was just going to leave it but it bothered me way too much, so I fixed it. The little bit of art in the actual meme (the still images, not the tween parts of the character) are awfully rushed, but in my defence, I was eager to get this finished. I’m not good at bio’s, especially the personality bit, so I’m making one but basically with just the physical stuff. The story I tried to tell with the still (and rushed) images is inspired by a few characters from a video game I like, but for coming up with a bit of a backstory in two days, it’s actually pretty good since it was me coming up with it. (I take at least one or more weeks to come up with a small chunk of story that still needs development) Name: Equinox Age: Over 2000 Species: Some sort of divinity who’s also a cat Breed (of cat): Some sort of large fluffy breed, I didn’t decide (WARNING: DEATH) Story (not really that much of a backstory): Equinox had found a nameless child in the mortal realm, which from the looks of it, was all alone. Out of pity, he took the child in. He quickly found out that this child was potentially a creature of darkness, and if found by any of the other divinities, would be killed. Because of this, he brought himself and the child as far away from the other divinities and raised the child in the “land where the mortals lived”. Equinox also named the child Nebula. (This is where the inspiration kicks in) At some point, when Nebula was a young adult, one of the divinities that Equinox was trying to keep him away from discovered him. This divinity was called Manx. Instead of killing Nebula, she lured him to her and gave him a gem. This gem contained something that turned him into essentially a mindless monster. Shortly afterwards, Manx went and told the other divinities that Equinox had raised a which had went back to the typical creature of darkness ways and went all berserk. Equinox didn’t know of this gem or Nebula meeting Manx, so naturally he was pretty confused. Manx took advantage of this and explained that Nebula was sick and the only way to cure him of this illness was to kill him. Equinox didn’t really believe her about it being an illness or that it had to be solved via killing him. Determined to figure out what was going on with Nebula, Equinox went looking for him, hoping to confront him. He did find Nebula, but he remained in the shadows and out of sight, not exactly answering Equinox’s questions either. Eventually he lunged at Equinox, causing him to end up killing Nebula in self defence. Regretfully, he stared down at Nebula. Manx, who had just watched the whole thing came out of her hiding place and basically told him how he’d done the right thing. I haven’t came up with the story past that point.
