This is a completely normal cake (except that it isn't!). Eat the cake by clicking on it. After each day, the cake will regenerate. If a cake is not eaten by the end of the day, it will duplicate. All new cakes will have these same properties. Let's hope you're hungry because the cakes will quickly TAKE OVER if you don't eat them ALL. The length of a day is determined by the slider. A "pop" sound signals the start of a new day.
