This is Hunter from The Owl House. In season 3 he got possessed by his so called “uncle” Belos. Belos needed a body fast because he couldn’t keep his human form anymore, draining the magic from palismans in order to live for centuries does that to you. I also fell in love with this design. I thought it looked AWSOME!
