B's wings are deteriorating, yet he doesn't notice. P is changing color as the transmutation is halfway done. KH finds some mutating toxic waste. They dump it on themselves in order to gain the necessary strength to go up against this "Hydraseer". Fourth Wall Y stabilizes the part of the highway she and her friends are in and makes it a hideout/base/whatever you want to call it.
