Wait, that wasn't a fly... "Don't disrespect me like that," the fairy knight said crossly. "You don't want to end up like your grandmother." Laura looked away, guilty. "Oooh, didn't she get 'kidnapped' because she held a petition to k!ll all fairies? Hmmm? Hmmm?" Laura glared at the fairy knight. It was trying to get under her skin, she knew it. "It wasn't her fault that the king kept annoying her, now go away!" she shouted, and stomped off. The fairy fluttered after her. She picked up the pace, turned a corner, and into her cottage, panting. Laura looked behind her, her hands on her knees. The fairy knight was gone.
