Chapter 2~ Hermione's POV- Hermione burst into laughter. "Hate to break it to you Draco but we're not d@ting, EVER." "What's so bad about d@ting me? I'm amazing, handsome, a Slytherin and a Malfoy" Hermione rolled her eyes, "Isn't it obvious we hate each other?" Draco's POV- "We hate each other..." The words rang in his ears. "Perhaps I exaggerated a little, you just pretend to be close friends with me" Hermione's POV- "A little?" Hermione asked pointedly. "Fine, a lot. But it doesn't matter." Hermione glared at him, "And how exactly will that help us?" "Isn't it obvious Granger," She rolled her eyes, "no, it's not, so explain!" "Fine, as you know Weasley is ridiculously jealous, and so is Parkinson. Our sudden friendship would help you get your boyfriend back, or at least make him stop snogging Brown." Hermione blushed, "Continue." He smirked, "And make Parkinson stop thinking I'm in love with her." Hermione laughed, "So even the great Malfoy has problems." Malfoy glanced at her, "I didn't know you thought so highly of me Granger.""I don't." Draco raised an eyebrow, "Yeah, totally." "So do you accept my offer?" "I do," she said awkwardly. "Great!" Draco stood up and reached out a hand to help her. "What are you doing?" "Helping my friend." "Oh," she muttered. "C'mon, everyone's in the hallways right now. The perfect time to make our grand entrance." "Wait, why is everyone in the hallway?" Malfoy smirked, "You'll see Granger."
