I never really liked Steven Universe. Till now. Its cool. Space to slide through pictures (I'll be adding more later). So, I decided to make an OC based off of it! :) Her name is Diamond, which is obviously her gem. As you can see, its placed on her neck. She has a small little fang I added just for some extra detail. I found the backdrop on Google. At the top, its Diamond in Japanese. First time writing in that language! :D And its my favorite gem; Diamond! Here's a little bit about her (in Notes And Credits):
Name-Diamond Gem-Diamond Where is her gem?-On her neck (so it looks like she's pulling a weapon out of her neck X3) Clothes-Blue sweater with diamonds, light blue shirt, and actually a VERY light blue skirt that looks like its white but its actually a shade of-like-REALLLYYY light blue. She has long white socks. Skin color-Blue Eye color-Turquoise Weapon-A sword, and a shield Power-Okay, I couldn't help but steal Homu-chan's power. She can stop time for an hour (I know its kind of a long time probably) and whatever she touches will be able to move while time is frozen, whereas everything else is frozen in time. It looks like she's teleporting and blue dust forms around where she just was and where she went over to during the timestop. Personality-While she's a very outgoing and happy girl, she's pretty shy went meeting new people (like me!). She's also very cowardly. She does live with the Crystal Gems (let me have some fun with just an original character ;3;) and she ABSOLUTELY HATES going to fight the enemy! She's okay with some risky adventures, but she hates creepy things. She's easy to scare and she isn't that protective of her friends like most. I mean, she wants her friends to stay safe but in the battlefield she rarely fights. Maybe she'll swing a sword around, or stop time and try slicing the enemy, but her sword isn't quite as sharp during timestops for some reason and its not possible to kill anyone while she's in a timestop. I'll draw her weapons later by the way. She loves to joke around, but she's pretty rude and she might call them something mean for just a joke. When someone she trusts calls her something mean, she literally never takes it seriously. Her brother is Jade, and I DONT THINK I'll be uploading him, but I actually might (hes not my OC, hes my brother's). She thinks everyone is overreacting over Steven, but she just is nice to him because he's still a kid, and its unfair to treat a kid bad just because nobody else really does. But she doesn't like him THAT much....but she'll rely on ANYONE when fighting. Thats her weak point. Fighting. Spiders. Ghosts. Sometimes she even jumps at her own shadow, but just a little fright. She's a scaredy-cat and she NEVER rushes into battle all like, "IMA WIN HAHAH ILL BEAT U U STUPID BAD GUY MWHAHA!!! BEST PROTAGONIST EVER" No! She's usually more like, "Uhh...Fight?! M-me? I-Maybe I should j-just stay....home? Like, c-cause I wouldn't want my g-gem to shatter..." She doesn't like doing dangerous things. But she loves just being her, and she's okay with it, so I guess.... Age-I'm not really used to the aging system of this yet, so I don't have anything to really say here yet. Lets go that she's 2 years younger than the youngest Crystal Gem besides Steven? I dont really know...or is it supposed to be 2000, or 200? ?! I dont understand the age translations yet. But shes the second youngest of the group, I think. Closest Friend-She just kind of hangs around the Crystal Gems for protection. Never said she was useful, or a friend of theirs.
