I had to rewrite the entire thing because scratch accidently deleted what I wrote- so sorry if it isn't that detailed :,) Interview can be found in the comments! For the artwork I took about 20 minutes on the actual art and over an hour on effects- probably added over 20 effects to this piece not even kidding uh anyways here is Specter's Interview entry!
