Welcome to my first FULLY finished Mario game: New Super Mario Galaxy Revamped! This is a pretty big project with 700+ assets, so if it takes too long to load then run it in TurboWarp: https://turbowarp.org/876493133 ++++++ Controls (also shown in-game): ◦ Arrow keys to move. ◦ Up arrow to jump. ◦ Up arrow when sliding on a wall to wall jump ◦ Down arrow while idle to crouch. ◦ Spacebar in midair to spin. ◦ Down arrow in midair to dive. ◦ Down arrow while running to long jump. ◦ Z key to pick up koopa shells, galoombas, or springs when running into them. ◦ Thrown/kicked koopa shells can do everything they could in SMFS4 (collect coins, break bricks, kill enemies) ◦ (For mobile, tap the center of the screen to pick springs up, and tap it again to release them – koopa shells and galoombas can't be held) ++++++ To beat Boom Boom, jump on his head three times. When he's in his shell, just wait for him to come out of it (you can still jump on top of him). To beat Bowser, avoid his Bob-ombs and fireballs until he swoops down in his clown car, then jump on his head; do this 3 times to defeat him. (You have to keep moving around since he aims at where you're standing.) ++++++ Stuck? Here's a full walkthrough of the game: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/youtube/lXZjhNh_sSc/ ++++++ Here's the originals so you can compare them: ◦ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/871573506/ (My version) ◦ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/424966705/ (@lwb123456's version)
2K+ views, 100+ loves and faves, AND it got on trending!! Thanks, you guys :D For my first new game, I wanted to do a relatively shorter, but still high-quality game (since I'm going to be busier once the summer is over). I settled on redoing New Super Mario Galaxy, which was my first attempted open-world game. I wanted the revamp to be a lot more polished and have more content. This final version has ten stars, as well as a final boss fight at the end. A lot of inspiration for it came from the following projects: ◦ 's expanded remix ◦ 's Super Mario on Scratch 4 Reboot ◦ My unfinished Super Mario Scratched 2 (on ) What's changed in the reboot: ◦ My best engine yet, with smoother scrolling and an expanded moveset ◦ Improved artwork, which much more resembles the official models while keeping my usual art style ◦ Much more content – the main level is now expanded and complete, and a second final level has been added as well ◦ My best Noteflight music yet, with MUCH more effort put into them then with my other pieces I will also be using this engine for Super Mario Within Scratch ++++++ Full credits can be found at the end of the game, but here are the big ones: ◦ for the mobile controls code ◦ for the counter code ◦ and for the enemy vectors I went off of ◦ for a LOT of help and beta playtesting ++++++
