Recently, a mother took her child out of a Blackpink concert because it was inappropriate and that got me wondering is Blackpink (and the whole of k-pop) turning western and 13+ or something? I got addicted to k-pop after my parents wouldn't let me go to Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift concerts bc they're sometimes inappropriate. My parents started liking k-pop after they listened to twice and I was happy. Twice doesn't say bad words and I listened to their music bc I trusted them. Same with other groups like bp. The whole of k-pop was good and songs with the exception of How You Like That and Fearless and a couple of other songs didn't have swearing. But now....??? Honestly How You Like That and See You Later had a bad word for like a second. tbh when I listened to Tally I was disgusted by the meaning. ik ik, ppl love the song and I liked the music, but seriously??? Come on.. the whole meaning is I can say bad words whenever I want bc people aren't keeping tally. I mean...... And I LOVE queencard by (g)-idle, but the meaning isn't that great. Tw3rking on the runway? My **** and ***** is hot? I was not impressed by the lyrics, don't get me wrong, the song was awesome, but the lyrics?? Another song sI hated was ice cream and war of hormones. Just the see the lyrics. Its super sus. Some k-pop songs have no meaning. I mean I love songs like You Never Know, Antifragile, and Lovesick Girls. They have a meaning and its nice agreeing with the song. But songs like Pink Venom, the sound good and are catchy, but whats the meaning?? It doesn't have one. Pls don't h@te me for this, but its true. Same with Shut Down. I <3 these songs, but there isn't a meaning. Ok thats all byeee
