My opinion: Scratch is quite difficult to draw in due to the lack of brushes, layering, stabilizers and opacity, which led me to do the colouring first instead of my usual outlining first. The zooming is actually very nice though. Altogether Scratch is below average, I wouldn't recommend it if you have another software. If you need to draw a sprite, use a different software and import it into Scratch, it will save you alot of pain.
