Welcome to NYT Connections, in Scratch! I recently saw a video by @michael_dicostanzo about a custom-made connections game on Google Sheets. So, I decided to re-create it here! Remixing: This project will be remixed a lot for people to create their own connections. However, be sure to play the game multiple times to see what needs to be changed. If you are new to scratch, try something easier (no offense) as it is a bit of a tricky concept. But, feel free to remix! Updating: I plan to update this game with new categories at least once a week, as it is a bit tedious to create four more new categories, with coming up with the ideas, changing all 32 costumes, editing all the lists, and possibly even changing some code! Don't be expecting a category change often as I am working on other things. However, feel free to remix this as your own and update that as constantly as you want! Advertising: The only advertising I will allow is other people's remixes of this exact game. No other advertising is tolerated. Versions: v1.0.0 - Created the base connections game with four different categories and customizability options. Customizing is still hard, as you need to change all 32 costumes. Adaptive costume text???
