When the horse-draw carbage comes to right, it collect ressources and when it come back to the left stock it depose it. The banquet coordinator convert ressources from left stock to clover which can used to up all factories. Gems money is use to up administrators which give bonuses. There is no way to get gems, except the time.Each administrator unlock buff (or increase those) like : speed boost production or productivity boost.
