It's. Finally. Done. Woohoo! yES! *pats self on back* --------> Fullscreen very highly recommended<--------- OK — Hello! Here's my first ever fully completed WTAE! I've never actually managed to finish one of these or get the time to make it look pretty (which I did this time thanks to that 5 day extension :D ), so I really hope you like this and enjoy it as much as I did making it! And *squeals* I'm so happy with how this turned out! I wasn't really expecting myself to put so much effort into this (both the story and the art), but I think it all turned out so much better than I thought it would and am so excited to finally get it shared! But anyway — enough about me! I'm not actually sure what you're supposed to put in the description of a WTAE, so I guess I'll just make summaries of everything I made over the past several weeks XD So, starting with my story, this little snippet of a backstory is made up of 1,902 words, which amounts to 14 pages in the project (which is because the story wouldn't fit into the project description XD). The basic gist of it is that the character I entered for (who I named Erlend), wakes up in an abandoned city, where he quickly realizes that he can't remember anything about what happened to him or who he is. In general, the story may be a little stressful or /emo/ <---- *hint, hint* but I've always wanted to write a story about a character who gets mixed up with the multiverse (hehe), so I'm really sorry if this isn't your preferred writing style to read, but hopefully it's alright :'D And yes, I know this wasn't necessary, but I did also make both a cover and a ref to go with it! I'm so happy with both of them, especially since I've never been that great at drawing dragons, so making these two art pieces was a big accomplishment for me :D For the cover, I tried to display the theme of the story and also have both line less and line art included, as the contrast between the two plays an important role in my story ^^ And, in the interest of time, I decided to just do the ref in line art, without any shading or lighting, even though I usually find line art very tedious and complicated X'D I really hope I didn't change the design too much, so please let me know if I did! I also just wanted to point out that, while I did give the character a name (which, in Norse, translates to stranger), I was not able to include it in the story, as he has completely forgotten everything about himself, including his name. But, if this story was to continue, I would have it where the flabbergasted dragon at the end (named Ragna) would give him that suitable name XD And...I guess that's it! I really hope you like this! (and have a nice day!) <-----
