Welcome to Windows 95 in Scratch!
This was all made by myself, didn't even need help, also this project is unfinished, so expect seeing bugs. Only Internet Explorer and Outlook works (kinda). Credits to @Kessel_Run (https://scratch.mit.edu/users/Kessel_Run/) for fixing the start button.
