Use the mouse or the arrow keys or A/D to turn. The ultimate objective is to get views. In each round, collect eight code blocks to make a project within 60 seconds, while collecting followers. Followers view your projects. In round two, notifications will appear. Hearts and faves lead to views. Watch out for rude comments, which appear in round 3, they will make your followers unfollow you. The spirit of this game does not represent how I feel about Scratch, it's a caricature. To me, Scratch is not about throwing together projects to get as many views and followers as possible, but rather about creating and learning, to the best of your ability.
