If an unwatermarked version is needed, please wait for me to give you the go-ahead and credit me somewhere. 2 . I don't mind if you trace my art for educational purposes! Although I'd prefer if you didn't publish it, if you do, please credit me. 3 . Don't steal my art. This one is pretty self-explanatory. | < < m y - d e s i g n s > > | 1 . If you have to pay for the design, don't start using it until you complete your payment(s). I still own it until you've finished. 2 . If you get one of my designs, you cannot resell it within 78 hours. 3 . If you wish to resell one of my designs, you cannot resell them for irl currency. Along with this, You can't resell the design for more than you paid (ie you paid lets say 40 da points for a design, you couldn't price it at 50 points), however if payment via art is involved please talk to me about it. 4 . If you purchase a design of mine, please use it! I don't care when, but I'd like to see it used and not just stuffed into a storage account to collect dust 5 . If you'd like, you can totally use the color palettes I use for my designs. You don't need to credit me if you use any of my palettes. 6 . Again, don't steal my designs. I don't want to see that, I'm a minor, and most of my characters are minors too. 2 . Mild blood / gore is fine with me! However, please don't draw anything like that if it doesn't relate to the character, especially if they're labeled as a sona / comfort character :,) 3 . If your drawing is of a character that's not designed by me, please credit them for the design and follow their ToS as well! 4 . My characters tend to have their own stories. Usually, characters relating to them will be linked in the credits. Please don't draw your characters interacting with mine unless they're a sona! This isn't a rule I care about as much, but it is my personal preference :]
