Its hugest ethnics is the Upper Sabanese Peoples, more of Chinese like then the Lower Sabanese which is more, japanese. Founded in March 8, 2023 (June 9, 1983 in this timeline) (as the upper sabanese lived in both northern areas republic of sabany and southeast ortusolis)
