SRP of Astercharm and her fall into the canyon. It was to long for one project, so I decided to devide it into four or five short parts. The other parts will come asap, probably in the next few weeks or so. First part here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/876833257/ Part 2: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/877602734/ Part 4: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/881198482/ ❀ act III. " the bridge " After some time, the gorge that Astercharm had to cross on the way to the ocean came into view. The holey wooden bridge swayed in the wind, and the warrior shuddered at the thought of crossing it. Fae had crossed it several times before, but she had always had a queasy feeling in her stomach, especially when she thought about how deep the canyon was. One wrong step, a rotten board in the bridge, and- . The feline shook off the thought and quickened her steps to the gorge. But as Astercharm approached, fae spotted the figure standing at the beginning of the bridge, blocking the way across the canyon. A quick sniff of the breeze that carried the scent of the stranger to Astercharm, and the warrior knew that fae was not dealing with one of the Wind Clan Cats. To be exact, not with any cat of the clans at all. "Hey!" fae called out loudly, and the other cat turned around in surprise. "Loners." muttered Astercharm softly, shaking her head in annoyance as she walked toward the stranger, who turned out to be a she-cat. "What are you doing here? This is WindClan territory, you have no business here." The young feline looked astonished, while Astercharm slowly but surely lost patience. "Step aside." the warrior urged the loner, "And get out of here, you don't belong here." But the feline didn't take a step aside, and instead opened her mouth. "I'm looking for my brother, do you know where he is?" Now it was up to Astercharm to tilt her head in confusion. How would fae know where this stray's brother was? The warrior examined the other cat more closely now, and let her gaze glide over the other's felted and shaggy fur. All in all, her opposite gave off a very wary impression. She would probably not survive much longer out there, if no one helped her. And now it was Az's turn to do so. Fae sighted. "Come away from this bridge, then we can talk better," Az then urged the other. But she again did not move a step. "I am looking for my brother. Please, do you know where he is?" the stray asked again. "Come over here, then we can talk about it," Aster returned, taking a step toward the other feline. She moved back, frightened, towards the bridge. "Don't come too close to me. I just want to know where my brother is," she blurted. "I really don't want to hurt you," Astercharm clarified impatiently, taking another step toward the bridge. And again the loner took a step back, now standing with her hind paws on the bridge, which creaked ominously.
