But you must know that he does genuinely care about whatever he/others are discussing. He makes mostly sarcastic remarks, and bursts of laughter are quite rare for him, although you can occasionally see him peak a grin. His family’s overbearingness is always resting on his nimble shoulders, and so is always trying to figure their next move to critique him. Their weakest link, ask any member of the linage, is Candlescent. Cane’s family always discouraged anything ‘creative’, and so when Cane announced that he would hope to become an artist, they immediately started to shun and hate on any artists. They took down all painting, statues and anything reminiscent of art. Soon after that, Cane knew that he had to leave. And so when his parents were away at a family gathering (Cane was excluded to ‘save them an embarrassment’), Cane grabbed his essentials and started his move east, away from any family connects. Now Cane struggles as a free-lance artist, sometimes wishing that he should return to his horrible family, knowing of their financial security. How he will survive, he had no clue, but he now must learn to adapt to his new world and navigate it. ☆♬○♩●♪✧♩★ ♩✧♪●♩○♬☆
