BL_OD AND DE_TH WARNING you have been warned. please don't report this fellow scratchers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The battle rages around Sunflower, blood coating her brown fur. She can't find her brother, Current, anywhere. "Current?" she calls into the mass of cat bodies, both alive and dead. "CURRENT!?" She finally spots him, in the center of the battle, a deep cut on his shoulder. A large tabby is pinning him to the ground, hissing in his face. Oh no, she thinks, sprinting to his side so she could throw off his attacker. "Are you okay?" Sunflower gasps, clutching his paw. She can tell he has lost a lot of blood, and his sides are heaving. "Sunflower-" he starts, but is interrupted when a tortoiseshell cat leaps on to his back and slices her hooked claws across his blue throat. "NO!" Sunflower howls, and snaps her jaws around Current's attacker, snapping her neck. She turns her attention back to Current, who is wheezing up blood and twitching in a horrible way. "Current..." Sunflower sobs, pressing her nose against her brother's pelt. "Sunflower," Current croaks, his sides heaving with his effort to stay alive. "You have to live without me..." And then his spirit fades away, up to the stars forever. ~ END sorry that was kind of short :P
