2 of our hens, were broody like crazy! This morning when I went to pick up their eggs, I found around 3, which is an all time low collect considering we have many egg laying chickens. I went to check if their OK and to change their dishes, and I got lots of bad tempertered broody mom bites all over my arm. Turn out they were broody for over a week! When I went to candle the eggs, they were around Day 11-13 judging on the developments. All eggs except 1 that quit, hatched, which totals 13 new chickens to our flock! They are now 5 cockerels and 8 pullets (We confirmed their gender awhile ago). Gray one at the top : Sugar Dark dray in the middle : Stone Brown one on the right : Ginger (bread) White on at the bottom : Creamers
