I'm going to bring my books to Scratch, chapter by chapter! :D Imagine opened her eyes to a distant wreeeeeeeeeewwwrrrrr. “Just five more minutes…” she murmured, closing her eyes again. The sound came again. The tornado! she thought. She leaped out of bed excitedly, checked that everybody was safe in their tornado shelters, and flew upwards to investigate. “It’s too dangerous!” called some horse. “Come back!” “You won’t make it!” “It’s big!” Imagine scoffed and snorted. “I’m Imagine! I can’t get hurt!” she called. All was silent, except for the EEEEEEEEEEGGGRREEEEEGRRREE that came from the tornado. She felt herself start to get sucked in, and let it take her. Imagine saw that the Great Oak got sucked in, and sighed in disappointment. “Whoa!” she exclaimed as the tornado flung her onto the clouds. She got up and went back into the tornado, examining the flying dirt. It was going strongly, but not practically a miniature plane. Before the tornado sirens went off, Imagine had studied tornadoes. She guessed this was an F-1, maybe F-1 and a half. She let out another “whoa” as the tornado threw her onto the clouds, and started to settle in that one place. She burst into the tornado shelter, locked the door again, and reported everything she found out. “Strong F-1, possibly F-2, and it’s…” she got interrupted by a loud EEEEEEEEEEEEGRRRREEE from the tornado. “…It’s found it’s hang-out,” she finished. Vision leaped to his hooves and looked out the window. He put a few rocks in front of it as the tornado started heading toward them. Imagine nodded to Prophecy. “Should we…” Another screech-like sound interrupted her. “Wait, where’s Arch?” asked Echo. “Here I am!” squeaked a high-pitched voice from behind where Free was sitting. Free turned and showed Arch sitting behind him. Arch leaped back behind him, sending the other horses into snorts of laughter. “She lost her tornado shelter!” laughed Unknown. Lila snorted uncomfortably and nudged Arch out of behind him. “Go hide behind Evy or something,” she muttered. A half-burp, half-growl noise screeched outside. “That tornado is gettin’ mad. Lets feed it!” exclaimed Imagine. She grabbed a sandwich and threw it outside. A heartbeat later, a plekk sound came from on the window and ketchup covered the glass. [[Later]] Imagine woke up with a snort when she felt a hoof prodding her awake. She didn’t hear the loud growl-like noise of the tornado wasn’t outside; she guessed it moved. “Where’s the F-1?” she asked. Prophecy smiled. “It’s gone; we can leave now.” Imagine leaped up with a “Whoo-ee!” She burst through the door and found herself falling down through air. When she landed, she looked up. Prophecy was falling down, so she had to lean over and catch her. Prophecy’s weight made her flop to the ground, but, as usual, it didn’t hurt. Prophecy rolled off her with a grateful glance. Nodding, Imagine looked up to see if anybody else was falling. She saw Arch, and leaned over to catch the blue-gray filly. She set Arch down and flew upward, the cool breeze blowing in her face. Before Imagine could do anything to fix the clouds, a somewhat hypnotic blueish glow appeared in the empty place where clouds should be. Clouds started filling the empty space, and, once the clouds have filled it, the blueish glow disappeared from the hollow area. “Thanks, Prophecy!” called Imagine.
