Hello! I did another DTAE? Yes. Am I gonna do more? Ofc I am ;P These lil beans are adorable. Family Tree~ +: Mates =: Children ,: Siblings Grandmother/Grandfather Dolphin + Captain = Wave, Beach, Palm Parents Palm + Voyage = Bahari, Waves, Hurricane Backstory~ A light grey tabby she-cat walked along the beach late at night. She stumbled upon a small basket containing three little kittens. One kitten was of the darkest blue with bright blue stripes that broke the darkness, another one slightly smaller in size it’s a blue-green coat and darker stripes; and the last and smallest, a light blue with stripes only the slightest bit darker than the coat. The she-cat lifted the basket gently and walked silently back to her little hut. Her hut had a circular base and was half as tall as a Palm tree. It was made from long sticks of dried bamboo and topped off with large palm fronds. The she-cat's paws fell silently onto the stone path that led to her home. Once she was inside, she set the basket on the floor and gently took the sleepy kittens out of it. "Why hello, little ones," she said with a gentle tone. The largest of the kittens let out a meow and sat beside her siblings. "Where are your parents?" the she-cat asked. The eldest kitten tilted her head. "Oh, you must not understand me.." The she-cat looked at the kittens. "I guess I'll take you into my own paws until we find your mother." She gave the three kittens a light lick on each of their heads and turned into a small area with a large cabinet. (A few months later) The three kittens, now called Bahari, Waves, and Hurricane, were outside, playing in the sand under the warm yellow sun. Bahari tackled Hurricane and Waves smiled while she watched silently. Although they were siblings, the sisters had very different personalities. Bahari was childish and playful, Waves was calm and passive, and Hurricane was more dark, but was quite overprotective of her sisters. Hurricane was the oldest and felt the need to mature much faster than she did. Normally, Harbour, the sisters’ adoptive mother, would be out with them watching for any potential danger, but she left to run errands in Fishersville, the small fishing town not far down the coast. Before she had left, she appointed Hurricane as the cat responsible for the others. Hurricane took the position great fully and promised to keep the other two safe. After Harbour had left, however, Bahari wished to go outside and play in the sand on the beach. Not wanting her sister to be disappointed, she decided they would be fine if they kept far enough away from the water. Yet that wasn’t quite the case. Not long after the three had left on the short walk to the beach, Hurricane noticed a flash of lightning in the distance. She didn’t think much of it, though. Soon, it was time for the sisters to head back to the hut they’d lived in their entire lives. They began walking back toward the palm trees that surrounded their home when Hurricane stopped them. She heard a strange noise come from within the trees. Hurricane let out a long, threatening hiss. “Is there someone in there? If so, show yourself!” Her sisters hid behind her. The light blue stripes that covered her body began glowing. The bushes rustled. “I said come out!” She ruched her back and the fur along her spine raised. Her stripes glowed brighter. “I’m not scared of you!” Suddenly a laugh sounded from within the trees. It was a horrible laugh. It was a cold, cruel laugh from something clearly evil. Hurricane felt the bodies of her sisters shaking. A large, black leopard crept out of the darkness. “Hello, little kittens.” Her voice was raspy and she smelled of death. “What are you do-“ She stopped in her tracks once she saw Hurricane’s glowing fur. “O-ho-ho! I bet King Drowned would be delighted to know I found the lost princesses of the three seas themselves! I thought you had died when your parents threw you in the ocean..” She eyed the three with a disgusted look. “But I supposed he’ll pay me a pretty penny for you three. Do you think he wants you alive? Or dead..” The leopard lifted her paw to her face and flexed her claws. “I’ll keep you alive. My king probably wants to take care of you himself.” Hurricane hissed. “You won’t lay a *paw* on my sisters.” She widened her stance and snarled at the leopard. “Ugh. I don’t want to do this, but if you want to do this the hard way..” The leopard’s muscles rippled under her sleek, black pelt as she reached into a satchel strapped onto her back and pulled out a burlap sack. Suddenly, in a flash of grey, Harbour leapt onto the leopard’s back and clawed at her neck and face. “Don’t touch my children, Coral!” She hissed into the she-leopard’s ear. Harbour sunk her teeth into Coral’s neck. I RAN OUT OF SPACE NOOOO I will also be adding some quick sketches of scenes from the backstory.
