Well, I did one of these a couple of years ago, and the result still haunts my nightmares, so I figure doing it again might be funny, especially since the result is sposed to be cute, unlike that other one. Bill is a madly optimistic Scotsman, a casual Swing enjoyer, and is prone to bouts of prophetic wisdom (depending on the current state of sobriety). Bill likes to crack wise, and wack crise whenever available, and his jokes range from Mildly Amusing to outright insulting, though not always in that order. Bill is also wildly protective of his friends and has a bad habit of rushing into things without giving it proper consideration, much to the exasperation of his friend, Doc. Photon.
