got randomly inspired bc a water/ghost pokemon sounded super fun for some reason but a water/ghost eeveelution sounded like something i totally wanted on my team and lostriver is my favorite so yeh :3 they're like a mist type pokemon probably found near lakes in the morning whenever the fog rolls in (zoom in code by @colorsnatch)
