Basically, in a 'freak accident', She gets her head (removed) via her being silly and sticking her head out the window. ... (To explain, Sometimes Riku drives Sunrise and Phoenix to and from school if things are set up that day- Riku is basically a mom without adopting them TvT) ... And before that, it just makes her very sick, enough to cough up blood (so Basically it's the illness for the slow way or the head (removed) for the final event) ... So ya! ~~~ Enjoy! <3
