Wow! Five years already? My scratch account is old enough to go to Kindergarten! And yes, I know I missed five years. But anyways, the past two years haven't been very productive. I know. I struggle with motivation. I boomed with projects during the pandemic and then...not much. I've been working on so many things, but I can just never finish them! (also playing TOTK) Most of the time...I just got way too ambitious. Here's a sampling of what I wanted to get done. -FOUR lengthy RPGS -A new simulator game (still working on that) -Turnip Knight II -Stickguy Part 5 (I quit for a while, but now it should be done by September. If I don't, yell at future me. Thanks. -Countless other gadgets and geegaws and random ideas. But it's been great to know that whenever I do pump something out, there are people there to see it. I always thought it was dumb about how youtubers always pressure you to subscribe and like and how it means so much to them. I thought that was a fake thing for more kudos, but it really does mean a lot when you show me you watched my things. Sure, I don't get notifications for views, so I need to know in other ways. That's what keeps me going and makes me not want t quit despite my lack of content. Actually, forget loves and favorites. I don't care if you do that (though it's great), comments are the best thing in the world. To know that someone saw (thing) and suggested/liked/did something is fantastic. Especially @adenhollander2024, @jdenhollander2024, @Megaman_Scratchian, and @BLAKEYBOMBPLAYZ (idk if you're still active), you guys are the best. And if you're someone who isn't on that list and you do care, it's nice to know you exist. Thank you too. Your support means a lot, even if it's just saying "nice" to a 5 second animation. I'm supporting your guys' stuff too, just so you know. So, where am I in 2023? Busy. Demotivated. School. I haven't coded in a bit (cough cough TOTK), but I have but three goals for the rest of the year. -more Stickguy -CoderCTY SImulator 2 -Turnip Knight II It's not much, but I like to set reasonable goals and then absolutely fail a few months later. I hope this isn't a project I look back on and say "whoops didn't do anything". If you're reading this, future Caden, and you feel guilty, go facepalm yourself and then MAKE SOMETHING. So that about wraps this up. Here's to another 5 years...maybe. Thank you. -CoderCTY ;-)
