So if frisk does a genocide run, after they oof all of the monsters in the underground except for niko, niko comes out and replaces sans as the judge, and her stamina is basically endless, she says "we'll be here for the end of time, suffering together. I hope your happy you demon.." and starts attacking frisk, until they reset and start the world over, then the rest of the monsters will come back, as well as niko, but niko will remember the genocide run and have a grudge.
