Ok this is a contest and whoever can make a thumbnail for the series I’m making called Legends of Ulotaluzara, all who enter get a follow by me RULES: 1. it must include Queen Tempest and the title in bold ref: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/880322680 it has the story ok 2. Must have a stormy background 3. Tempest needs to be wearing the Storm Eye which is in the ref 4. She needs to look sinister and at most half of her body shown talons and neck can be included 5. There will only be one winner and you can put your name but it can’t be big 6. No added sounds or animations please. It won’t make the final version
