i have no idea what creature this is but dont get bitten by this lil guy, teeth very sharp cant actually fly, wings too small to support such a heavy body. mostly for intimidation (sort of like how animals puff up to seem bigger a target than they actually are) right hind leg is stump, lurks in the mountains like a gremlin he/him design by @feverdreamz
