Character and Art: @SpirixWolf593 Wings of Fire book series: Tui T. Sutherland ⇣⇣⇣ Backstory Information Below ⇣⇣⇣ Jaguar is the son of the queen of the sandwings, Queen Caracal. She once had a rainwing lover, however their relationship did not last and it was only until after they split (and before she became queen) that Caracal found out she was with egg. Jaguar grew up with his mother in the sandwing palace, never knowing his father and not minding. He was happy for a while until he became more and more bored, having explored every corner of his desert home. Jaguar was friends with a sandwing named Succulent. She was an animus and Jaguar was the only one who knew. She worked in the kitchens of the palace and so it wasn't hard for the two to spend time together. Succulent never used her power other than when she discovered it, and when Jaguar made his one and only request - an earing that he could use to teleport anywhere he wished with any dragon, or dragons he wanted. Succulent agreed and granted Jaguar's wish, and together (with Caracal's permission and two of his personal guards) teleported to Pantala. They explored a bit before returning, Succulent learning she preferred their home. Jaguar felt differently. He continued exploring, traveling through Pyhhria and wandering the towns of Pantala. Soon he met Rosallite, a silkwing, in the Pantalan mix-tribal city of Fortune. He would supply her occasionally with interesting Pyhhrian materials for her to sell in her business and would soon return home, for as much as he loved traveling he did miss his family. He has a very good relationship with his adoptive sister, Sahara.
