The creator spawned into this world as a 7 yr old. She was found to be anomalous and was found by the GOC (global occult coalition) They did some tests on her and found she was not normal. They had done tests on her for one year and found that she aged strangely. After observing her for 2 years, she looked 12. Jeff and EJ went to Slenderman's office. EJ: "You wanted to see us?" Slender: "Yes I want you two to find someone for me." Jeff: "Why don't you ask your proxies?" Slender: "My proxies are busy right now." EJ: "Who and why?" Slender: "A girl who possesses abilities." Jeff: "So why are we doing this?" Slender: "I want her to be a proxy. This is her file now." *Teleport* EJ and Jeff looked at the government facility in front of them. When they entered the facility Jeff knocked out most of the guards and Jack went to find her. He found her cell. EJ: "Hey." He was expecting a teenager or adult, but saw a young girl that looked just a little older than Sally. Creator: "Who are you?" EJ: "My name is Jack, what's yours?" Creator: "The scientists call me subject 94B Pho." Jack: "That doesn't suit you, I'll call you Phoebe." Phoebe: "Okay." Jack: "Now will you come with me?" Phoebe: "Will you be nice?" Meanwhile, Jeff had gotten rid of all the employees. And sent Jack a message to meet him outside. *Outside* Jack: "Phoebe this is Jeff." Phoebe looked at Jeff. Phoebe: "You have a weird smile." Jeff: "I do." Phoebe clung to Jack and hid behind him. Phoebe: "Jacky, he's scary." Jack: "It's okay he won't hurt you, RIGHT!" Jeff: "Yeah." *Jack put Phoebe on his shoulders*
