During a full moon, the dolphins of the Azuria River would shape-shift into stunning humanoid beings dressed in white, with a hat covering the fin jutting out from their head. Codeword is ‘Fin’, use it in a sentence. Encante also have been known to lure children into the rivers to take them away into the underwater cities. It is unknown, though, to most creatures, if these beings are just stories told to scare children… or if these creatures truly are real.
