Press the green flag to start (obviously). then click the title screen and three difficulties, choose one and then your ready. Arrow or WASD keys to move. To win you have to go to a certain spot of the map and the spot will change. Reach the spot 4 times to win and then you will win and you can explore and practice, maybe practice your parkour skills to get better at the game and beat the hard difficulty. Also there is a timer so that it's harder and you have to win a certain amount of time, after you reach the spot you earn some extra time to beat the timer
