the wrist (red) can be dragged away from the center (green). If you drag the center the wrist will stay in its place until its reached its limit then it will follow the center. If you drag the wrist it will follow your mouse to its limit. If you move too fast the point might lose track of your pointer. (just maybe)
make sure to put it in turbo mode also for a smoother experience.
