this is a chunk of my AU that lives in my brain! Its abt an app called Mallowpaw who feels left behind from the others. (theres the other apprentices POV but it mainly circles around Mallowpaw) Theres going to be a word and comic version of it. - - - Mallowpaw has to overcome her attitude and look at the good things in life. She has a big destiny but doesnt want it. How will this destiny end? To put her out of the misery, expectations, the whole clan looking down on her... Mallowpaws cousin, Larkpaw on the other hand, Loves Mallowpaw so much, it hurts him. He made mistakes and has to fix them. Larkpaw and Mallowpaw are at each others throats. Will it end with peace? or spilt blood? Luminouspaw, One of the other apprentices has anxiety and insecurities that destruct her. Will she be good enough to fix her own will? Lilypaw truly wants to fix the world and build peace, after being heartbroken, will she decide that the code is useless to follow? Her depression leads to revenge? That way, we will never have to deal with the death of a leader and no deputy ever again." Mallowkit padded into the clearing. Todays a big day! It's her apprentice ceremony! Her and her cousin, Larkpaw- who was the WORST CAT IN THE CLAN, were related to Oakstar, which means one of them will become leader. I dont want to become a stupid leader! She rolled her eyes. Murmurs filled her ears. All she knew was that she was an apprentice now. DARN! The could only thing she could make out the words “pantherhiss” She guessed that old wretched tom was her mentor. Great. Anger filled her mind and blood roared in her ears. The old tom could barely even care for himself; let alone a scrawny small apprentice! Pantherhiss padded towards her. “Small,” he mumbled. “Probably weak. Oakstar expects me to train this ant? Well, of course he would choose me to teach this horrific kit. I am in fact the best warrior.” He hissed matter-of-factly. “I'm not feeling you.” Pantherhiss hissed. It's pretty ironic ,he hisses so much. “Go clean out the elders' den. Or we’ll have training. And problems.” He growled, his words echoing in Mallowpaws mind. “I’d rather clean out the elders' den than train with you!” she murmured, as she sprinted away. She found Larkpaw in the den. "Stupid boy.." she murmured. "Too bad kit. I aready cleaned this out." He mewed, padding away from the den. She slumped out, only to find her gaze on 4 cats. Pantherhiss, Larkpaw, Hawkscar, and Oakstar. Ugh. The four worst cats in the clan- well, maybe not Hawkscar. Despite his looks, he can be pretty nice. Mallowpaw padded up to them. “Anything I can-” she gazed up, only to find Pantherhiss glaring at her. “What-” She was cut off. “Larkpaw told me that he cleaned out the elders den, helped sort the herbs, caught prey for Bloomingrose and Oakstar, AND played with the kits, Cleaning out all the nests.” Mallowpaw rolled her eyes. That was not true at all. “Then what were you doing?” Pantherhiss snapped. “I- checked the elders for ticks.” She stammered. “LIAR!” Larkpaw hissed. “I DID THAT! - - - - Wait for the book to come out to read the rest! :D
