Use WASD to move around (not at part yet though) and click/touch something to interact with it. The instructions for battle are explained in the game. (except I haven't worked on the battle part yet..) (I've only worked on the opening, so don't say things like: "But I thought I was playing a game, or: "Noob! You did almost nothing!") I'm sorry I haven't added much. I was pretty busy.
