i did another battle test earlier but it looked odd and didn't come out to what i had in mind, so what if instead i tried cookie wars style? (rn its more battle cats tho) sooooo ima remake it bc ion like how slow the progress is!!
Goals (- = unfinished, + = finished) _________________ - Summon allies and enemies - choose where allies spawn (drag n drop) - only a certain distance from the start area - Enemy summon patterns from base - Equip a team of units - Maybe a team of 10 w 5 units spawnable at a time, cycling through - Ally and enemy base - Unit health bars - Units also have passive skills + Units and enemies have individual stats and numbers + Units can target each other based on the closest enemy, - Enemy sorting based on depth Progress _________________ Started 8/23/23 - added a testing ally and enemy - allies and enemies can attack each other individually - allies and enemies can die - start on enemy position sorting 8/24/23 - finished making enemy positioning - new bug appeared where no units are able to be attacked, but fixing it makes the bug where the back units are targeted before frontliners come back *sigh* 8/28/23 - fixed the targeting bug, now the closest enemy is always targeted - also added for allies
