(she commonly is), always either has a really bad plan or dives headfirst in ;D, thinks she's French but she's actually Canadian lol, she prefers being called a "pier dog" instead of "street dog" hehe Backstory: Cher is basically a captain- in her mind at least, despite the fact no one calls her captain she is leader of a pack of pier dogs whose territory includes docks bordering a big stretch of sea mainly used for fishing, trade, sailing. Cher's group is made up of great swimmers, they’re basically a pirate crew! They run around on the docks and boats and they fish in the sea. Despite their slight distance from La Gondala and El Canal they still don't enjoy Papi and his gang. Cher's pack is rly fun lol :D idk their group name yet, maybe E Pier??? They are a group who Papi I’d assume wouldn’t bother to chase away as they don’t threaten his territory? They’d love to help get rid of Papi and shelter scout’s group is they had to run away though :3 maybe Bear knows Cher’s group and has to take them there, I’d imagine him still finding Cher annoying or a daredevil but she’s like a pirate so I mean… *pirates of the caribbean theme song intensifies*
