I've studied the principles of animations (not really, but I know them a bit.) I actually corrected Natalie's project last year a bit. I could find it, but it's on a personal account, and I don't want to share that one (You might find my main account pretty easily, but the project was also on a hidden alt that I don't let anybody on Scratch ever really know about). One tip for a smoother ball animation, the ball still is a bit squashed as it rises up. Also, when it reaches near the top, make it go a little higher up (I used two frames). I simply used a line to guide my ball so the center does not move from the middle. My animations are on my main account. They have a lot of stupid and embarrassing art, but I mean... if you want, you can go look for my account. My main scratch account is dedicated to art. I did add two of my animations to my projects if you click on the ball. (The dragon one is finished, but I just took it from my other scratch project when it was unfinished.) That seemingly random girl who commented on my project is actually my sister. I've been on Scratch for over a year- Wow... I joined on March 5, 2022. (Actually, I think I did 2 days before that, but I deleted that account because I hated the username almost immediately. I also got blocked from my first account for 4 months due to a mistake of the ST, but I finally got it back. By that time, I established my account as my current one, so I began using my second one instead. My second account has surpassed my original follower count! (400 something)
I used a little clone to make it look like blurry falling. (I actually suck at clones. Like- A LOT. I barely know how to use them. I mainly just study people's code and try to do trial and error until I actually make something I'm happy with. I wanted two costumes of the ball to show, but I'm not that great at coding. Everybody will catch up to me soon... maybe even surpass me... especially in the next several weeks. I think everybody will know the stuff I knew at the beginning of the year. I overdid stuff at the beginning because I didn't want to be bored. I wasn't really learning anything new, so I added more complex code to entertain myself. Now that the class will be getting to be a bit harder, my projects will likely seem just like any other classmate's work (of course I still never like to do bare minimum though, so it will likely never just be the least amount of work I need to do to get a 100. :0 ) Did my thumbnail work? Did it draw more people? Edit: No-
