Use it like a real lift. Warning : Loud noises and flashing images !

Title : Wierd and rubbish bodge mod ! 2004 OTIS 2000 H hydraulic lift... Manufacturer : OTIS. Model : 2000 H. Year built : 2004. Type : Single ram roped hydraulic with motor room. Capacity : 1000 Kg or 13 Persons. Logic : OTIS MCS 120 Hydraulic (Replaced with Harrington ModLogic which is actually a mix between Gruppomillepiani/Digilift Kappa System logic & IMEM Ascensores logic). Bodged by Kotori Minami Ascensorzes in August 2023. Voice : OTIS 2000 (Replaced with 2 unknown (Maybe Vega) voices). Speed : 1 m/s. Motor : Bucher Hydraulics. Doors : OTIS. Buttons : OTIS (Replaced by ULCEP/STEP Shangai unknown buttons). Indicators : OTIS 2000 (Replaced by ULCEP LCD TFT Tector (They copied Iveco's diesel motor name). Chimes : None (Now unknown generic chimes which are just some pathetic imitation of the Big Ben bell sounds, Dover buzz floor passing chime, IMEM Ascensores and Vega). Position of the motor room : At floor 0. Floors : 0, 1, 2 (Now 0, 1). Starter type : Solid state. Location : The Lightsaber 5 Star Hotel, Nottingham, UK. Other : This used to be an OTIS 2000H from 2004 with some unusual features such as the fact that it’s got a Bucher Hydraulics hydraulic pump which is uncommon for OTIS 2000 H lifts and this particular one sounds really nice and it’s also a really noisy pump. It has unusual fixtures for an OTIS 2000 from 2004, mainly the COP that looks newer than 2004 but it’s actually the original panel which was made in 2004. It also has crazy door timers which lasts 2 to 5 seconds. The doors are also very fast and it has a very nice pre-door. This lift also starts with a big jolt when going upwards because guess who’s doing the maintenance of this lift ? The answer : Kotori Minami Ascensorzes which is the spanish division of Kotori Lifts, even though this lift is located in Nottingham. Also, this lift has a very basic cabin despite being in a very posh hotel which is really wierd IMO. This lift is also very fast for a hydraulic since it goes 1 m/s. This lift also used to serve 3 floors (0, 1 and Restaurant) but now, it’s been bodged by Kotori Minami Ascensorzes (Kotori mispelled the word « Ascensores » because of how incompetent Kotori’s engineers are) it nows serves 0 and 1 because when Kotori replaced the buttons which broke down due to their appallingly bad lift maintenance, they forgot to put a button for floor 2 (Restaurant), and due to their utterly bad maintenance, the call button at level 2 does not work aswell, so, they have removed the button and they put a plate made of plastic where that button used to be. So, you can no longer access to floor 2 using this lift. BRAVO KOTORI !!!! And that’s not all, THEY GLUED AN HORRID GREY PLATE WITH THE NEW BUTTTONS OVER THE ORIGINAL POSH GOLDED PANEL !!!! The new buttons are horrid STEP/ULCEP. It also got a new voice unit (The OTIS one was broken due to their terrible maintainance) which is an ULCEP IV Multijet JTDM 880 voice unit (ULCEP used Fiat’s Diesel Motor names for their voice units !!! NANI ???) which features some wierd Italian generic voices which are the « Mahind the doors » voice used on Tecno and Vimec lifts and the ELEX/Vimec lift voice, some wierd ding dong chimes which are just some pathetic imitation of the Big Ben bell sounds, the Dover Impulse floor passing buzzer noise and some very cheap and nasty IMEM Ascensores directional chimes ! The logic also got replaced with horrid Harrington Modlogic. And also, if the lift has a really loud motor sound, that is maybe due to the bad maintenance because the pump seems to be in quite a bad state but I don’t think so. Oddly enough, they glued things over the original panel rather than replacing it button panel with generic rubbish. Also, for some very odd reason, they have translated the advertising sentence « The UK’s leading provider of high quality generic lifts » in Spanish using Google Translate rather than writing it in English. And also the LCD indicator's backlight is failing (Typical ULCEP quality lol). And also, there is no pre-doors anymore and you can find more annoying delays (Door timer, delay before door opens after arriving, very long delay before it starts moving). And another thing, the display says "Gruppomillepiani" on it for some odd reason. And now let's talk about the hotel where it is located. This hotel is pretty modern and has quite a futuristic look inside. When the Lighsaber Hotel was created, 2 buildings were built built, this one and the main one. Both are from 2004. The main building has an horridly slap-on modded OTIS 2000 H. The lift is also overruning a bit aswell.
