Press the start button, and after that press numbers 1-7 to view what second/minute/hour/day of the week/date/month/year it is. these might change while you are on one, so if you want to make sure that the thing that is showing is accurate, go to another thing and then switch back. The Day Of Week is messed up.. It's one day ahead. Just ignore it.
