Broken Gear- Lowers Defense of all Steel-type Pokémon on the field. (Sandstorm will also no longer protect Steel-Types while this morph is in battle.) Electric Doom- Electric-Type attacks hit with 40% more power than usual. Moves: ThunderClap (Special) Type: ELC Accuracy:100 PP: 20 Power: 60 The user sends weak electronic waves in the sky to storm the foe. This move has a 20% chance to paralyze. Light Slam (Physical) Type: ELC Accuracy: 80 PP:10 Power: 95 The user charges straight into the foe with wild electric power surrounding them. This has a 30% of the foe to flinch. Lightning Hammer (Physical) Type: ELC Accuracy: 85 PP:10 Power: 105 The user charges their hand/tentacle/etc. like a hammer and slams the foe with it. This move does recoil damage but paralyzes the foe.
