Information 3.) Rules 4.) Designs 5.) Tips for Winning ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ INTRODUCTION: Hiya! Welcome to my Halloween DTA. I’m your host Jay (or Saturn), let’s get into this! These designs are some of my favorites lately. Both of them are very detailed and adorable in my opinion. I had a lot of fun making them, and I hope you have a lot of fun drawing them! ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ INFORMATION: “What is a DTA?” DTA stands for “Draw To Adopt”. This means that you read the rules, draw the character you like, and at the end have a chance of winning the character. These characters aren’t really based off of anything particularly spooky, they’re just a couple of kitties who love celebrating it! That way you can use their designs for things other than Halloween. :) ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ RULES: - 1.) Do not trace or steal these designs. If you want to take inspiration that’s fine with me, but please don’t make it too similar. - 2.) Anyone can enter who isn’t dark-listed. - 3.) You can enter for both, but you may only win one. - 4.) Please try to keep all entries within one project. If you make an entry and then add onto it later, notify me so I can see it! - 5.) You don’t have to tell me that you’re entering, but you’re welcome to if it helps you remember. - 6.) No extensions. Due date is final! - 7.) The winner of a specific character may keep any artwork made of that character. If you do not wish for your artwork to be kept by them, please specify this in your description. - 8.) Follow my TOS: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/33608603/ - 9.) Don’t beg me for the character or try to force others not to enter. - 10.) The character bio can be anything you want. - 11.) Redesigning and species changing is okay, but please keep it recognizable. - 12.) Quality over quantity. Making a ton of entries will not give you a better chance at winning. - 13.) Don’t guilt trip me or anyone else. It won’t work. - 14.) If you don’t win, that’s okay! It doesn’t mean your entry wasn’t good; if I could let everyone win I would. I think everyone deserves something nice. But alas, not everyone can have one. - 15.) If you ask a question that is answered in the description or if you blatantly don’t read anything here, I will not respond to you. - 16.) Remixes only. I will not accept projects that are not direct remixes of this one. - 17.) No bases, gacha, picrew, etc. - 18.) Add your entry to the respective studio if possible. I’ll try to catch it, but I might miss it. - 19.) Have fun! Don’t stress out over entries. If you’re stressed over it, you aren’t having fun. ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ DESIGNS: 1.) Trick-or-Treater - Just a little kitty who loves dressing up and getting candy! Studio: 2.) Emo, but loves holidays - A more serious and reserved cat, but loves to celebrate various holidays. Studio: ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ TIPS FOR WINNING: - Shading. Well done shading and lighting will certainly catch my attention! - Creative bio. I won’t be paying much attention to the bio, but if it’s clever, you’ll definitely be considered. - Animation. Animation memes are okay, but a bunch of sprites moving around a screen with no real animation to them doesn’t catch my eye personally. You can make one if you want to though! - Have fun. If you genuinely had fun and put effort into your entry, it shows. ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ Well, that’s basically everything. Good luck entering!
