He also vowed to never let Henry escape prison ever again. NOTE: If you don't get rid of Captain Ed Roberts within 40 turns, a police car will come out of nowhere and will smash into the character you playing as. (Inspired by the Helicopter counter from the Gen. Galeforce mod from THSMC2)
