⋆☁︎ ⋆ It was during a long car trip to my grandmas house that I found my love of cloud-watching. Mom and Dad had on some 80's rock band that actually wasn't half bad. I was sipping mindlessly on a capri sun. Fruit punch flavor. The summer sun was high in the sky, creating a blinding glare on the sunroof. I was leaning against my window, watching the tall trees blur past on the highway. I was bored. My iPad was back home and my phone was dead. A large hawk flew past my window. Dad snapped a picture of me from his seat. Don't ask me why. The trees melted away to large wheat fields for the next few miles. I lifted my eyes to the sky. Fluffy Cumulus clouds spread across the sky. Then all of a sudden I saw a dinosaur. Well a loosely dinosaur shape in the clouds. A second later it shifted. From then on I kept seeing loose outlines in the clouds. Sometimes an animal. Sometimes a face. I kept gazing up at the large clusters of water vapor until the wheat fields ended and the tall trees came back. I fell asleep a few moments later. I slept the rest of the drive. ⋆☁︎ ⋆
